I have been attending Blake's bootcamp classes for over 5 years now and my results keep getting better and better! My fitness level is at it's best thanks to the variety of bootcamp classes he has in store for you on each day, from cardio, to strength, to core, to every muscle in your body, overall you get a full body workout and still to this day every class is still a challenge. You don't have to be in top shape or actually in shape to take his classes. Blake will ease you in and modify your workouts for you until you get better and stronger. The atmosphere at his gym is very comfortable. You get to meet and make new fitness friends from all ages!! I love the social motivation vibe in class. Everyone works out at their own fitness level and no one is better than anyone. Blake is an awesome trainer! He has jokes (not very good ones) Lol! But he makes you feel very comfortable and is there to help support your fitness goals in every which way. I highly recommend you come and try it out for yourselves. You will not be disappointed. You have nothing to lose, but only have a lot to gain!!
