My water heater quit working one night, I was able to relight the pilot but it stopped working again the next day. Called Bobo Plumbing and after confirming basic info about the water heater within an hour I got confirmation they had the part and would be out after lunch. I was up and running in the afternoon. I've called them because I've used them on prior projects and have always been impressed with their employees and work.
This company was working on my neighbor’s house in her yard in East Cobb near Lower Roswell Road. While I can’t speak to the quality of their work, I had an uncomfortable experience when I went for a walk (I’m a woman in her 20-30s) with members of their crew who yelled out inappropriate comments toward me. Professionalism should extend beyond the job itself to how workers conduct themselves in the community. This post doesn’t reflect the quality of their work (hence the 3 stars) but I would encourage the company to address this, as it reflects poorly on their overall standards and consideration for residents. Anibal (I hope i am spelling his name correctly) came to my home for a warranty issue from construction. I cant emphasize enough how courteous, polite and professional he was on top of being technically proficient and quickly solved the main issue i was having. He was respectful of our home and wore shoe covers and the areas he was working in were left very clean. Thank you and this gentleman will have me calling for extra work i want done. Based on our experience with Anibal, I will recommend this company to everyone.
