Owner Tim answered my phone call immediately. Lucky for me, he was available and agreed to drive straight to my house. He arrived and within minutes diagnosed a blown capacitor on my 14 year old AC unit which was causing failure to turn on. He replaced the part and tested both my AC systems. I was charged a very fair amount for his time. Excellent service. Don't hesitate to give him a call!

Tim came out and installed a new unit quickly. I was glad he had one available. Personable service and will call TLC for any HVAC and heating problems.

Tim has been out a couple times and has always been professional and courteous. Came out on a Sunday afternoon and worked for a couple hours to repair our system.
