The North Fulton County VA Clinic provides excellent eye care services to veterans. The clinic has a new, clean facility with convenient parking and a friendly, professional staff. Patients have praised the ophthalmology clinic, the optical clinic, and the skilled eye doctor, who ensures patients understand every aspect of their visit. The clinic goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and cater to the needs of its veteran patients.
Clean, and quiet. Unfortunately I arrived rather early, but since it was not crowded (😀) I was able to enjoy my book.
The receptionist is polite and efficient.
After my appointment I checked out and got an aftercare printout.
The on-site vision shop had a rather small variety of glasses; however they are of good quality.
The staff were friendly and performed well, even up selling when possible (I actually ordered a second pair of a different color).
All in all a very good experience.
I highly recommend going there, if you're eligible.
For the past three years, I have consistently chosen the North Fulton VA Clinic for my optometry care, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Although it requires a longer commute compared to the main Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center, the quality of service, efficiency, and professionalism make it well worth the extra distance.

Thank you Ms. Greta (tech supervisor) and the supervisor of scheduling( I don’t know her name). This started with having difficulty with my glasses since October 2024. Not going into every detail but it was these two who worked on my issues to try to make it right, from getting me scheduled to be seen when no appointments was available to me arriving at that appointment y 45 minutes late because of a car accident delaying me. Thank you ladies for displaying real customer service to this service member. I appreciate you going above and beyond. Blessings for a great prosperous 2025. Keep up the great work for veterans.
