They fix multiple problems with AC units from re-wire, to cleaning the unit outside, and even re-tapping and plastering old worn tape around the air duct insulation. If there were 10 stars 🌟 available I would give top rating 10/10 for the service we received today. Amidst one of the hottest summers ☀ our A/C went out. Edmund was timely and efficient and by the time he left, the house had gone from 87 degrees to 78 degrees. I pray God bless him and his family! Thank you Strada. 😊
Lebarius was awesome. Very polite and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to show me that it all worked properly. If I could give 10 stars I would. If I ever need more electrical work ill be calling Strada services and requesting him to do the work.
This 5 star review is for technician, Malick Laye, specifically. We had Strada come out to service our leaking AC unit four times before Malick came and pinpointed the problem.
On the first visit, the technician told us we needed to move our thermostat panel on the main floor. He took the panel off and ended up leaving it in the attic (we ended up not moving the panel).
So, on the second visit one of the technicians left without putting Freon in the unit that was serviced and ended up having to come back the following day to get his gauges that he had left and to put the Freon in the unit.
