These guys were sent out by my warranty company and were top notch. Carson was friendly and respectful (even wore shoe covers) and did a great job fixing my heat. The office was communicative and informative through the process. Best experience I’ve had with a company through 2-10 Warranty. Don’t hesitate to call them!
The first company who looked at our furnace jumped right to a $5k replacement. ECC was able to diagnose and repair for a very reasonable price. Additionslly, they responded after hours, were prompt in communicating, showed up timely both visits and were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. Give them a chance! You won't be sorry.
I first used this company thru my home warranty company last year (2021) for my furnace. Kim at the office was outstanding in navigating the bureaucracy that comes with dealing with these warranty companies. She communicated throughout the entire process and when she had to call me back she did, no if, buts, or excuses that you usually and sadly get when dealing with companies these days. This year when my A/C needed service I did not think about it and demanded that Efficient Cooling be assigned again, took some doing but again Kim was there to support me in dealing with them.
