Jackson and Robbie were excellent. They provided service due to being consulted for a second opinion . I previously encountered them due to an incorrect diagnostic for my ac unit. They were very thorough in checking my unit for the correct diagnosis and communicated what they were doing and findings. I was blessed that they were sent and grateful that they were honest as well and provided quality service.
These guys were sent out by my warranty company and were top notch. Carson was friendly and respectful (even wore shoe covers) and did a great job fixing my heat. The office was communicative and informative through the process. Best experience I’ve had with a company through 2-10 Warranty. Don’t hesitate to call them!
The first company who looked at our furnace jumped right to a $5k replacement. ECC was able to diagnose and repair for a very reasonable price. Additionslly, they responded after hours, were prompt in communicating, showed up timely both visits and were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. Give them a chance! You won't be sorry.
