“I had them come out to replace thermostat & condenser. First guy said the thermostat I had bought from GA power was crap, so I let him put the other one he had in. My daughter was furious he did that as she worked for HVAC companies & knows mine was good one. That night, we heard a pop under the house. I had to crawl under the house & found water everywhere in my PJ’s! Next day, they came out & put my thermostat in & fixed under the house & reimbursed me! Very great company! Was very surprised how they handled my situation! Would highly recommend them!“
