We were scheduled for an appointment for my 11-year-old Havanese at 5 PM with Dr. Hamer.
I got delayed and then caught in traffic and despite being late they were gracious and welcoming. Because of the delay, I was forced to multitask and had to listen in on a phone call in the middle of the appointment which Dr. Hamer also graciously tolerated. She assessed my pet quickly, made a recommendation and indicated when I’d hear back, all while I was stuck on a phone call.

We’ve been a patient for many years and then three years ago our dog passed away. We are now back with our new puppy. We saw Dr. Parks for our puppies first visit. Dr. Parks and Megan were soooo nice and so kind!! They made us feel so comfortable when we asked so many questions about our new puppy. And honestly our puppy loved them as well and was not scared at all. They even gave her a puppy toy to take home as a gift and gave her some yummy treats while we were there!! Thank you for everything!!
Everyone at Dunwoody Animal Medical Center gives 5 star type care. You and your animals feel right at home in an unnerving situation for your furry babies. They are all so great with dogs and cats providing comfort and excellent care even to their owners.
