“I had an older unit that just couldn’t keep up and was using way too much electric. After getting several quotes and being, to put it bluntly, disgusted by the prices is when I called Matt. They were out within 24 hours to look at what I had, clearly defined the wants vs. needs, and were very realistic with the install. If my schedule didn’t restrict me then I could’ve had a new unit by the end of the week but they worked with my work schedule. Install was fast, clean, and great. I don’t feel like I’m a number to a larger business and that they genuinely care about their customers.
