Nick approached the inspection procedures methodically and checked all key performance indicators of the system from a functionality standpoint and performed fine tuning of important control parameters. He also performed cleaning of the equipment (condensing unit) and treated the air handling unit coil with a disinfectant to make sure the system operates at the highest efficiency level possible. I appreciated Nick’s thorough inspection and patience in testing and confirming operation values against the standard. “I had an older unit that just couldn’t keep up and was using way too much electric. After getting several quotes and being, to put it bluntly, disgusted by the prices is when I called Matt. They were out within 24 hours to look at what I had, clearly defined the wants vs. needs, and were very realistic with the install. If my schedule didn’t restrict me then I could’ve had a new unit by the end of the week but they worked with my work schedule. Install was fast, clean, and great. I don’t feel like I’m a number to a larger business and that they genuinely care about their customers. If I do have issues with my unit in the future then I have confidence that they’ll take the repair personally and take care of the issue. I know I won’t get this from the other businesses here. I would choose them again for any future installs or repairs based off of their willingness to do right by their customers, transparency, and their work.“
