“I’ve been a loyal America’s Best client since 2015, but a recent experience at another location left me extremely upset. I was treated poorly, my concerns were dismissed, and instead of being heard, it was assumed I was asking for a discount. All I wanted was a solution after using the same frames for over five years. The lack of care was so disappointing that I took my business to a competitor and spent $1,000 elsewhere.

“Appointment was a quick in and out. They scheduled me on the same day for the eye exam and it took less than 2 hrs from showing up to paying for a pair.

The glasses and lens are reasonably priced (I paid $150 per pair for a 7.5 prescription including exam), but they WILL force you to get two pairs at a time.“

Dr. Christina Phan assisted me wonderfully throughout my exams and consultation with much ease and comfortability, and displays remarkable active listening while encouraging me to ask any and all questions related to eye health, including healthy reminders when it comes to blue light smart devices! This doc knows her stuff :)

Thank you for reading through this very thorough review - I truly want the community to know that all of the staff whom I met and conversed with on that day were stellar in character, respect, and expressed genuine passion for helping their patients.

Last thing...this was my first ever visit at this location and team, did not do extensive research ahead of time, and went in blind (no pun intended). I have never had a warmer and smoother experience with eye exams and contact lenses than at First Class Eye Care.
