I was in need of an eye exam and I found Justice Vision. From my first phone call with them I knew they were a great clinic. I showed up early for my appointment and I was seen with in 3 mins of me being there. The doctor was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He discovered things my last doctor didn't. I didn't feel pressured to buy glasses. I did buy some glasses because my insurance covered them and the man that was helping pick some frames found me a pair I couldn't say no to. Had my first appointment yesterday morning. I was warmly greeted and promptly invited into the exam room (I was the first appointment of the morning). Dr. Bhakta was very welcoming and friendly. He explained everything clearly and slowly, and the entire process was very smooth and seamless. It seems like the office is super busy (the phone was ringing off the hooks while I was there!) and I forgot to schedule my follow-up for next year on the way out, but I'll definitely be back!

I try two times to get appointments with this place . App got canceled both times. It seems team do not care enough for customer time….This is new review after I visited the office. They were all professional. Very on time. Doctors really spent more than enough time for me to explain all of my options. Thank you and I’m happy that I didn’t go to any other doctors office.
