“Eddie and his wife came out as soon as we called. Our air conditioning went out and it was 85 degrees in the house as of 10 PM. Eddie was so very nice and upbeat! And he fixed my air conditioner during his visit at 11 PM at night!! I was stressing because I knew emergency services were going to cost me. So when he told me the price I was completely surprised. My house started cooling off before he even left the driveway. If anything ever goes wrong again, I know who I will call! Thank you so much again for saving us!!!“

“Phil with GeorgiaSpec passed away July 2025. Phil has been taking care of our HVAC for years and provided amazing service. He was direct, but fair and reasonable. I'm sure his directness may have rubbed some people the wrong way, but it tickled me. I'll take direct when you know you have a competent and caring technician taking care of you. If Phil told you he was going to be back in 6 months for maintenance he was always there - no confirmation or reaching out needed. If Phil had told me he would be back in ten years at 9:00am and I hadn't heard a peep from him in 9 years and 364 days, at 8:55am I'd be waiting with a cold bottle of water for him because that's how reliable he was. I had somewhat of an HVAC emergency one time when our unit stopped cooling during the summer heat. I called Phil, but it was late in the day and he was in the middle of a job. Instead of telling me he was busy and would get to me when he could, he stopped what he was doing and took the time to talk me through the fix over the phone. Got my A/C back up and running in less than an hour with no charge. He taught me how to take care of my HVAC unit during the years of service as well, which I'm very appreciative of. Great company, great owner. Sad to hear he passed away. Prayers for his family and loved ones.“

“He is a trustworthy, reliable, honest & very dependable company KCS Heating and Cooling company. I would never dream of using anyone else. Being a widow almost all companies will try to fast talk to see how much they can take from me. (Like when I had a dodge avenger every time I took it in it to be serviced, the man would sale me points & fuel injector. After I sold the car I found out it didn't have Points & fuel injector didn't go out that often. Not funny I could have been your mother or daughter).But back to KCS another company said I needed to change it all out, KCS said no he fixed & replaced what need to be and instantly changed my power bill. When he left I didn't feel broke and worried about tomorrow. I would recommend this company to anyone especially to my loved ones.“
