Life is not perfect but this house is cool and because of that, I’m able to work which means I’m able to sleep and eat! The 9 yr old unit I had was a lemon but it was under warranty. That sounds great and all until you learn what that manufacturer did to the service companies who used them – some trusting them for decades! They didn’t have to do it but despite not getting help from the manufacturer, they went to the trouble – using their time and money – to make it right! These people are like family, they will do you right every time! I’m so very blessed to be a customer of Joey’s Heating & Air Conditioning!
Awesome guy. I needed a discontinued part for a 20 year old washer. Joey had it. Not only did he hook it up to one of his test machines to make sure it worked, he didn't charge me a dime for the part. He was a very nice man to have a conversation with and he definitely knows his stuff. Will be going back and using him for any of my repair needs.
I used Joey's when the glass on my oven door shattered. They charge a $75 fee to evaluate the problem, and that's supposed to apply to the total cost. So even when you know the glass broke, they still do this. The very pleasant technician was on time, saw that it was indeed the glass, made sure they had a replacement, and returned with the glass on time. As best I can tell, he did a great job. The reason they only get 3 stars is that the final cost was $100 more than the highest range on Google for the repair. That's why I'm sceptical about the evaluation fee. So, I'm not pleased with the price, but otherwise it was all good.
