I had a great experience with S.A.M. from start to finish. Josh, the sales rep was "straight up" with me and didn't use any gimmicky salesman tactics that I experienced with other companies. He didn't try to upsell equipment I didn't need and offered me a great out-the-door quote on a heat pump model that met my needs.Brendan, Nathan, Kyle, and Brian did an excellent job of installing our new system. I have an encapsulated crawl-space that is well-kept and I was concerned about how it would look after installation, but they left it in great shape. Brian and George helped fix my ac unit today. These guys are absolute legends. Super nice and knowledgeable guys. They had to go up in my attic to vacuum some water out (my attic is the stuff of nightmares and it’s terrible). They didn’t mind at all. Heck, they even had smiles the whole time. Thank you Brian and George!

Josh N. recently completed a home HVAC system inspection for a home we are under contract to buy. We worried we may have to replace the system, but he confirmed it was actually in good working order and didn't push any upsells on us. He was helpful in explaining the type of units and system we will have and advising on future maintenance that may be needed.
