He didn't try to upsell equipment I didn't need and offered me a great out-the-door quote on a heat pump model that met my needs.Brendan, Nathan, Kyle, and Brian did an excellent job of installing our new system. I have an encapsulated crawl-space that is well-kept and I was concerned about how it would look after installation, but they left it in great shape. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.Barbara was also really kind, prompt, and knowledgeable regarding any questions that I sent via email.I haven't really had a chance to use my unit yet since the weather has been mild but the little bit that I have used it, everything seems to be in order.
