Very responsive and communicative. Twice they have come out and reattached ductwork for me and at reasonable prices. They also installed my thermostat for a reasonable amount. Great to have a local company to rely on.
My husband and I, a retired couple living in Commerce, Georgia, recently had our HVAC unit malfunction. We promptly contacted JG SIMMONS HVAC, and they installed a new unit a week ago. The installation was exceptional, and we were thoroughly impressed.
From the time we contacted Simmons after our unit failed. They came outand charged our old unit. However, due to the leak, our old unit wouldn’t hold charge.. Undeterred, Simmons went above and beyond by bringing out a window unit on Sunday. They allowed us to use the new unit while the installation was completed on Monday.

When my wife and I were looking to replace our AC units (both upstairs and down) we began the process of shopping around for the best price. Numerous times in our search, we were told about Simmons Heating and Air. Thankfully we reached out to Jay, and we were beyond pleased. Two different times they sent someone out to evaluate our needs and both times we were impressed with their knowledge of what we needed. Jay and his crew were always courteous and it was very obvious that they wanted to help us, not only have a reliable hearing and air system for many years to come, but also to have the most affordable experience for our budget.
