Lance performed the Replacement of the shower head at our home this morning. He was on time and looked very professional. He went right to work and finished without delay. I am glad we have signed up with Patriot for our HVAC needs.
We needed a leaking toilet repaired to stop damage to the flooring. We had the entire bathroom redone a few years before this happened. The technician called to see if he could come earlier than the set time. He was awesome! He went over everything with us and showed us things the company who redid our bathroom did incorrectly causing the leak. He discussed cost options with us and got to work. In the end, the cost was 50% less than he predicted. He was very nice and extremely professional. We now have a new preferred plumbing company.
