“The entire team is great… Starting with Marjorie who answered the phone with so much pizazz, and positive energy. She also was so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I called this office after calling about 10 other fibroid clinics who told me my insurance was not covered.

Marjorie was able to let me know that my specific insurance doesn’t cover the UFE procedure At All, anywhere, and told me the different types of my same insurance company that would. AND she gave me an insurance representative to help me switch my plan. AND she followed up with me. AND she followed back up months later just before my insurance had switched to setup my appointment. She’s amazing.

The woman in the billing department when I was getting everything setup for my appointment even gave me some helpful day of procedure tips since she had gotten the procedure done too.

The day of the appointment the woman at the desk greeted me with a big smile and was very pleasant (at 6am by the way!)

She made me feel so, so comfortable. She explained all the meds that I need to take with such love and care. She even hand wrote notes and basically made a cheat sheet to make it super easy for me after the procedure. She deserves the world.. there’s so many medical staff that are burnt out and take it out on the patients, or are ONLY there for the money, and I understand... But she truly has a care for people, so I’m so glad she’s in the healthcare field. The world needs more people like her.

When I got in the procedure Michelle was so funny and pleasant as well. Marcus was very nice and professional.

Literally the staff doesn’t have a weak link.. There’s a beautiful culture in this place.

And last but not least Dr Patel. You can tell he loves what he does. He loves all the nitty gritty details of it and can talk about it all day. He gives very thorough details about the procedure and the outcomes. And AFTER the procedure, he called daily to check in. And he didn’t sound like it was just a routine call that he HAD to do, he asked specific details, he wanted to know what was going on and how I was recovering. He remembered the details from the day before. And the next day he called again, and the next day he called again. He made sure you recovered safely.

Carrie walked in to the room with big hopeful smile, I needed that since I was in pain, I was showered with kindness, love & care, and she told my last MRI Wasn’t good enough, so she send me to a very good place to get another MRI, and I did. I went back to NexGen and I saw Carrie P.A again, she kindly and in a very professional way explained that she believed and also she would recommend me to see a Dr to look at my MRI for further confirmation about my surgery, she was very confidence that I need a surgery, and the Dr told me exact same thing but Carrie explained it in much better understandable terms and with family like feelings that took me to another level to love that clinic and made me write this review, because it really matters to me to feel loved & cared for. Again I would highly recommend NexGen. Honestly Carrie Goslin P.A she earned Dr’s degree from me, for her knowledge & professionalism if that makes sense to you, I can’t say enough about her, I believe she is working on every Thursday, I would highly recommend her. If you are in pain & need honest opinion about what should you do next. I’m forever thankful to the great staff especially Carrie Goslin P.A what an amazing spirit & power of healing that she has. “I have been going here for years. Recommended to me by family whod been going here generations after I was inactive a car accident, I was surprised at the level of care I received. I originally was trying to be seen by Dr. Hartpence but ended ip seeing Dr. Dinh. But I think it worked out perfectly as I can’t envision anyone else being able to adjust me as well! I went for multi-weekly treatments for recovery but not I only need to be adjusted every several months. Dr. D is able to adjust parts that hurt but I can never fix myself. He does have to use quite a bit of pressure but at the same time any less and I wont get adjusted. He is also very personable and will give additional tips for managing pain in between treatments. The building itself is unassuming but the care is not. I have been to several chiropractors and the pre-treatment therapies and doctors are the best! I also love the operation hours and parking is easy. The only thing that could be improved is the customer service voice and scripts used when calling reception but its not bad, just could be a little “happier” sounding and more proactive. But other than that I love this office and if I ever move I’ll be sad to have to change docs.“
