Very nice doctors office building, makes everything about you visit very convenient, doesn't have everything that the Southwood location has like MRI but has pharmacy so atleast after visit you do not have to go far to pick up your prescriptions, only problem that I have had with this location is with the pharmacy, I have noticed that a lot of the times they do not have medication in stock and will have to travel to the Southwood location.
The Entire Staff is Awesome! They work hard and fast! The two front window staff members Lesenia and Tyler are Wonderful! They greet you with a smile(always), ask if how you day is going, and make sure you understand what you are taking. They don't treat you like you're just next in line, they show they care. Truly Appreciate this crew, they smile while they work hard and that means a lot. Thank you for your patience, with a Smile.
Im new to Kaiser as of this year and have been so so about this new change but going here to get lab work was a 10 out of 10, from self check in to getting called back to have blood drawn and a urine sample, I was in and out in less than 30 min. Thank you to the kind nurses for being painless and quick and professional.
