Im new to Kaiser as of this year and have been so so about this new change but going here to get lab work was a 10 out of 10, from self check in to getting called back to have blood drawn and a urine sample, I was in and out in less than 30 min. Thank you to the kind nurses for being painless and quick and professional.
Absolutely wonderful experience. I'm not one to visit the doctor unless it's absolutely necessary but this process was so smooth and efficient. Everyone is so very nice and so helpful. Pharmacy is amazing and fast. Ty ladies in the pharmacy for being so very sweet ❤️ And thank you Dr. Nauzo is absolutely the best. She listens and is so very sweet.
