I really enjoyed nurse Robyn when I went in person. She was polite, understanding, and quick to give me a diagnosis. When I scheduled a follow up video appointment, I was expecting to speak to her about a test result that concerned me. I did not get to speak to her. Instead I was connected with Dr. Bennie who was rude, short, and made me feel that my concerns were not valid, and that I was just anxious. He compared a Dr. to a Pilot and said that if I was to get on a plane and the pilot was anxious then I would be anxious too. But since the pilot is calm, I should be calm.
