Very great professional customer service, attentive, and compassionate about the communities needs. I received an extraction and received the Greatest of great care and compassion. Love is Truly here with us patients. If I could give an 1,000% out of 1-10 it would be 1,000!
This place was amazing! Latoya went above and beyond to help me after I had been denied at one of their other centers. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and helped me through the entire process with kindness and patience.
The nurse who cared for my dad was also wonderful—she was caring, compassionate, and treated him with respect.
I truly wish there were more front desk staff like Latoya at the other centers. Everyone at this location made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The director was also very friendly and made sure to greet us and ensure the center had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This place is Amazing!! I went in so nervous because of past dental experiences that traumatized me, but I had the best experience ever at Southside Medical Dentistry - Gresham!! I felt so comfortable; everyone is so friendly and professional, from the front desk to the staff and dentist that helped me. Ms. Shuntaeveyas and Dr. Holt specifically made such a positive imapct on me that I told everyone I know about this location and them specifically. They handled me with such care, like they really love what they do and they do it for the people of our community and not Just a pay check.
