My daughter has been a patient in this office for a little over a year and everyone in this office has made her ( and me) feel welcome. The bed side manner from the back office is phenomenal. Everyone one listens to you and treats you like they care….. because they do! Even though my daughter is only 9 Dr. Todd and his team spoke with her through everything, and explained everything to her and answered all questions that she had on her level so she would be more involved with her care. The front office staff was just as amazing- greeting us as we walked in and even speaking with us as we left. It’s well worth the drive for my family.“

“David, Sam and the whole red earth acupuncture team absolutely rock! I have heard about David for a few years and have always wanted to go, because I’m very into the holistic approach to healing. I initially went in for help with ear pressure and vertigo issues after a vacation. No traditional doctor could help me. David had it solved within the first 2 visits. As part of our first session together, David dove deep and asked all the right questions to paint the picture of my health and understand any concerns I had. “I rarely leave reviews but this was a 5 star experience! When I called in to inquire about their services, the receptionist Tasha was very helpful and was able to get me in for an appointment in less than an hour. When I got there, the facility was very clean and the ambiance was top tier.
Once I got to the back to begin the procedure, Anne was waiting to give me a rundown of how the process was going to go. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient when answering any questions or concerns I may have had.
During the procedure, I experienced very slight discomfort and mild cramping, which I had expected, and Anne provided a heating pad which was extremely helpful.
Following the procedure I received a probiotic supplement and electrolytes to replenish what I had lost. The customer service at this facility is a 10/10 so I could not leave without making a follow-up appointment! I will also be recommending this place to family and friends.
