The Medical Assistances all have been friendly each visit and Dr Jelks is my preferred physician. He is always upbeat, professional and an informative. He listens to my concerns and I feel. The Call-center doesn't honor local office policy which could cause you wasted time and energy. There is no room for errors. Cancel appointments timely.

My first visit was awesome. I’ve been looking for a personable PCP that listens and gives sound advisement and she does just that.. very attentive and personable. All of the staff from the front desk at check in, the going lady that did my vitals, the doctor and the lady that drew my blood provides awesome customer service tho they were busy. I give them all a five star in my book. I’ve found my people. 10 /10 highly recommend!!
