My experience with the installer on 3-9-24 was positive. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the task. Job was finished in a timely manner and the entire area was left neat and clean.
I got a new water heater from another company only 6 weeks prior, & pilot light kept going out. I was mortified! Lauren with Bynum provided excellent, compassionate assistance on the phone because I was extremely emotional. Walfre, the plumber, came out 2 days later & replaced the water heater, thermal expansion tank, & water pressure reduction valve, changed all the plumbing pipes. They got everything done in only 3 hours, and I was very impressed & happy. Fingers crossed for a better experience this time. ? Thank you.
Bynum plumbing did my water heater leaking replacement. They worked with Rheem to get partial labor payment covered. Plumber Wilfrey was awesome with communication, He was very empathetic, he called the mitigation company right away as soon as understood the leak was damaging my house, he also helped get an HVAC tech to relocate my water heater tank. I will definitely recommend Bynum to my family and friends and will use them for any future plumbing works.
