“We have a very sophisticated older American Standard system that has to “communicate “ with the thermostat, air handler and condenser unit to operate. Since it is an older unit of course the old technology of our system is outdated and try as he might, my long time HVAC guy tried everything in the book to fix it. I am not degrading him b/c he is excellent in his field. He even talked to KBS’ technician Michael and jointly they figured it out. I will give most of the problem solving to Michael as he pretty well figured it out and fixed it!!! The folks at KBS are wonderful, professional and friendly/helpful in every way!
