Thry were both informative and thorough with explaining the issue along with what would be needed for the repair. “My air conditioning unit wasn't working correctly so I made a call to McCoy and Son after getting a referral. I heard back from Chris promptly and an appointment was made for a technician to come out to look at my air conditioner unit.
Lee showed up promptly at the designated time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I found Lee to be very thorough and patient as he explained to me what was wrong with my unit and what was needed for the repair. Lee took the time to take pictures of the upstairs unit (as it's in the attic and not easily accessible) so that I could better understand some under lying issues that need to be addressed.
Lee was able to make the repair on my downstairs unit and now I have cool air thankfully.
I also signed up for the maintenance plan too on both of my units. I would definitely recommend McCoy and Son for any HVAC needs.
