“Our A/C went out in the middle of the night. In August. With a toddler. I called McCoy & Son that morning and they had someone at my house within 2 hours. The technician we had was named Joe, and I genuinely cannot thank him enough. Not only did he fix the issue super quickly, but he checked EVERYTHING, our entire heating and cooling system. He was incredibly thorough, even going into our attic to make sure everything was running exactly as it should. He explained what went wrong, how the part works and how it failed, he answered all of my questions, and he was very polite and professional. I cant recommend this company enough and will for sure use them in the future.”
