These folks are awesome! Had them install a new Trane system about two years ago. Came home and found the handler running but not cooling. Called and tech came out right away (even with bad weather coming in). Found the issue quickly - bad compressor. Many reviewers on Trane web site have had similar issues with this particular model. Was able to get the part and install it the next day! Tech really knew what he was doing and was very personable. We were so happy they were able to get us back and running so quickly, especially since it was the upstairs unit. Thank you again, we made the right choice with this company!
