Both of our A/C units had failed. Rainwater came out and in less than an hour, both units were back up and running - and for a very reasonable price. They even took time to show me what I could easily do in the future to keep the problem on one of the units from recurring. I will be using these folks again, should a need arise!

Our 1980s home had all original to the home furnaces/blowers for the upstairs and downstairs, and the A/C condensers outside were from the mid 1990s. Needless to say, over the last few years everything started failing. The downstairs has been without central A/C for almost 9 years and we were using a few windows units throughout. Then 2 years ago, the condenser for upstairs crapped out too! So we had a couple window units up there, as well. But we knew they were efficient, and we were miserable in any room of the house that didn't have a window unit.
