Keith essentially has a PhD in HVAC systems. I’ve lived in my home for 6 years and had consults with several different people from more than one company about how to fix the uneven temperatures in my house. They all just shrugged. He walked into the furnace room and within 5 minutes diagnosed several problems with the system set up and started giving solutions to fix them. It is a relief to finally work with an expert to improve my HVAC system.
Our air wasn’t working and Hunter came right out same day as my call to Dobbs. Dobbs is the BEST! Super nice ladies that answered the phone and arranged for Hunter to come out to help. Hunter was professional and explained everything and was prompt in determining that we needed a capacitor. I am new to the area and this is my go to for heating and air!
First of all I can’t put into words how Keith Dobbs (company owner) sat in front of my wife and I and thoroughly explained all of our options from top to bottom with great detail. And Christian and his coworker (installers)were both not only professional and courteous but they were also very respectful and personable. Extremely pleased.
