Best service around! My husband and I now live in Wisconsin, but we still call them to troubleshoot our unit before we call anyone local. We trust their opinion before anyone else’s!
Needed service fast with the approaching Snowpocalypse and contacted GAC on the advice of a friend. They arrived within 10 minutes of their estimate and the tech worked quickly so that I could get back to work. Unfortunately the first visit didn't solve the issue and we woke up to snow, ice and a cold house. After calling back, they had a crew out by lunchtime and stayed until we were up and running again. When virtually all of metro Atlanta was shut down these guys came out to make it right. Outstanding customer service!
