Climatrol came out immediately when we called them. They replaced our 15 year old system the very next day which had been giving us issues for the past couple of years. Finally we decided to get it replaced. Travis,Andrew & Chandler were fantastic, the installation was flawless and in a perfect professional manner. We were updated every step of the way with their progress and they explained everything about the system to us including how to run the application. I would definitely recommend them as they were top notch.
I am a new customer who just moved from out of state. We needed a maintenance call on our A/C and I've had a wonderful experience with Climatrol from Jessica booking our service to Jeremy providing the maintenance service. It was not an emergency, but they were able to have Jeremy out here the day after I called. He was very thorough and gave me the rundown on our units and how to operate our dehumidifier. The humidity in our attic gets pretty high during the late spring through early fall due to the spray foam insulation in the rafters. Our HVAC provider is Climatrol Air and they recommend installing a whole-house dehumidifier; not only would it dehumidify the attic (and the rest of the house when needed), it would also provide fresh, dehumidified air to the house.
The installation of the dehumidifier went very well. They covered a path to the attic access to protect our hardwood floor and the quality of their work was very good. Someone from Climatrol Air stopped by about a week later to follow-up and to answer any questions I had.
