“Complete Care has been a wonderful experience for our family. It runs like a well oiled machine. There has been not one hiccup since we started 6 months ago. There is constant communication and any questions we have or situations we may need help with are quickly addressed and handled. Irina is our care manager and she bends over backwards for us. She goes above and beyond making sure our parents are well taken care of. The caregivers we have work as a team. They know my parents likes, dislikes and strive to make them comfortable and feel safe and secure. Marva, Bianca and Alicia are now part of our family. I can’t express the calming feeling our family has felt knowing that Marva, Bianca and Alicia have brought us. We can go about our day in peace without the fear something might happen.
