We used Home Care Assistance for almost three years after my mother's Parksinson's necessitated more in home assistance. Over that period of time our care manager, Melissa LeBoeuf, was extremely receptive and available for all our needs no matter the many changes in location and care needs for my mother. She got to know my mother personally and listened closely to her requirements of a caregiver so that she usually found a good match.
