Complete Care has been a wonderful experience for our family. It runs like a well oiled machine. There has been not one hiccup since we started 6 months ago. There is constant communication and any questions we have or situations we may need help with are quickly addressed and handled. Irina is our care manager and she bends over backwards for us. She goes above and beyond making sure our parents are well taken care of. The caregivers we have work as a team. They know my parents likes, dislikes and strive to make them comfortable and feel safe and secure. Marva, Bianca and Alicia are now part of our family. I would like to take a moment to recognize and give a well deserved & long overdue kudos to Ms. Yolanda for the wonderful care, patience, and support she provides to my son, Justin.

As Justin’s summer comes to a close, I have been reflecting on how much he has been able to experience and accomplish. This summer, he has been so active and engaged in the community. He has enjoyed swimming, participating in community skills, shopping for his weekly groceries with Ms. Yolanda, visiting some of his favorite restaurants and places, and simply getting out and experiencing more of the world around him.

I don’t know where to begin. We had a roller coaster journey of figuring out the best options for placing my father-in-law into hospice care. I found Complete Care and Irina, who walked me through countless scenarios and support in choosing home hospice, hospice providers and determining care needs. She coached me in making requests of our first hospice provider then helped me figure out to get another provider when the first one failed.
