Synergy was immediately responsive to my unexpected need for a caregiver for a family member. They followed up to make sure that our needs were being met and they were flexible when we needed. We were matched with a caregiver who was knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging.
I contacted Synergy Home Care recently as I needed transportation to the hospital for my full knee replacement. A representative from Synergy Home Care arrived early in the morning, drove me to the hospital, stayed during the surgery and returned the next day to the hospital. As I had to spend one night in the hospital, it was so helpful that the representative stayed for several hours and returned the next day.

We've been using Synergy HomeCare for several weeks now, and are so grateful for the care they have provided to my father. His caregiver brightens his days and is improving his quality of life. Synergy has exceeded our expectations in every way, and I highly recommend them.
