I wish I could give more than a 5. I can't say enough about how great my experience was from start to finish with all the staff at this location. First, the initial set up person Delores (might have spelled wrong) was amazing. She was professional, kind, respectful and made the process easy.
Then I called the main office because I had a question. I spoke to whom I think was possibly a supervisor. She was so friendly, funny, professional and very helpful.

My OT team of Connie and Dacia were professionals who helped select exercises that targeted areas that were weak following surgery. They explained how to perform each exercise. With their help I feel confident in performing daily living activities. I plan to continue doing the exercises for a full recovery.

We cannot say enough good things about our physical therapist, Ashlee! My husband Bob has been working with her, and we are so pleased with the progress he has made.

Ashlee has taught us practical, real-life skills — including several techniques for getting up safely after a fall — which has given us both so much more confidence. Her targeted exercises to strengthen Bob's legs and improve his balance have already made a noticeable difference.
