Dr. Willis took everything I could explain about my situation with great consideration. I have never had a doctor do that in my life! When my first visit was over, I was crying my eyes out because of how much better I felt....I was thrilled. I just completed a second visit and I can tell a miracle has been performed today! Anna (front desk) is such a sweetheart. She shows great concern for clients. Very knowledgeable as well! I really feel like I've known them my whole life and to me, that is so important! “Azalea Home Health's website description covered the home health care services I needed for my husband. The owner called me back the same day and set up an appointment to come to our home. After assessing our needs and personalities, he scheduled a time to introduce his caregiver to us. She has been totally attentive from day one. A "part-of-the-family" is no exaggeration. She stays active all day (no sitting and staring at the phone!) They have a daily routine that covers all of his grooming needs, mental and physical exercising, singing, walks outside, weather permitting, and fixing meals. I strongly recommend Azalea Home Health. “My husband is nearly 87. He’s been a diabetic for many years. He takes care with his diet and he exercises but through the years foot wound care including surgery has been necessary. This is his third time in 18 years getting in home IV antibiotics so we have experience with this protocol. Thus far Soleo has been great at every step: Debbie, Paul …..The absolute best nurse ever is Sharon and we are grateful that my husband is her patient. Sharon is impressively competent, the consummate professional. I speak from over 20 years of caring for 4 loved ones at home in three states: my husband with diabetes, one with AML to whom I also donated bone marrow for transplant, one quite old with Parkinson’s and one over 100 years with Alzheimer’s & Lewey Body. Between the hospitalizations (some in ICU’s) and home health and home hospice (for age not impending death) I have dealt with MANY nurses — some extraordinary— in many contexts and Sharon is among the very best — extraordinary!!“

They provided me with an excellent nurse, Adline, and in 2 years there's not been a single billing issue which is rare these days with anything medical, especially when home healthcare is provided. “I was prescribed a CPAP machine to help with my sleep Apnea. The initial Healthcare place my order was sent to had absolutely horrible customer service. I had to contact them 4 times in a 3 week span to find out why it was taking so long to receive my machine. Each time I called I had to be placed on a waiting list and they would call me back hours later, to advise they were following up on the order. I called the facility who prescribed the machine and told them I had not received the equipment in the 3 weeks since it was ordered and the place could not advise what was going on with my order.They sent my order over to Apria Healthcare that day and I received a message from Apria Healthcare the same day advising they had received my order and was working on it. The next day I got a message that my order was being processed. I believe the day after that I received a message to give them a call to set up delivery. I did have to stay on hold quite awhile when I called but the representative that assisted me was very helpful and responsive. I was able to change out what type of mask I wanted. I received the machine a few days later. I was quite happy with how quickly the process went especially after dealing with the first company. I would not hesitate using them in the future to order medical supplies.“
