“I’ve been working with Viethomecare as a structural family caregiver for a couple of years now, and overall, it has been a positive experience.
They truly care about their community and make an effort to show appreciation for both members and caregivers. Throughout the year, they host fun special events for birthdays, Christmas, and New Year, which is a really nice touch.
They also offer a weekly food distribution for members and caregivers, usually scheduled every Tuesday and Wednesday (though there are occasional delays, so timing can vary slightly). While the program is a great gesture, there is definitely room for improvement in the food quality—I believe quality is more important than quantity, as some items have arrived near or past their expiration date.
Overall, it’s a good company with strong community spirit, friendly staff, and great support for caregivers. With a little more attention to the food selection, it would easily be a 5-star experience!“
