I was lost trying to figure out how to take care of my dad myself. Bluebird came and did an assessment and had someone there the next day. Everyone who I came in contact with, that worked there, was caring and compassionate.

I was in the hospital. I couldn't do anything without assistance. I was basically bedridden. The Physical Therapist told me I was staying another day and then I would be transferred to Physical Rehab. A few hours later the hospital told me that I was going home that day and that I would have to arrange my own home care. I was in a panic. I was not prepared at all. After years of nightmare experiences with other caregivers, Bluebird Homecare has been providing caregiving services for my elderly mother for the last several years. Bluebird has provided us with two truly awesome 24/7 caregivers for my mom whose names I’m not going to provide for purely selfish reasons!Recently Heather Brooks, the Regional Manager, of Bluebird Homecare in Atlanta, extended herself way above and beyond the call of duty in my eyes.
