Literally a week after I closed on my new house, the expansion tank on my water heater busted a leak and water was spraying out all over my kitchen at 6:30pm. I was the only one home and literally felt helpless in the chaos as my kitchen started to flood. I called True Plumbing and the very compassionate and kind woman on the phone got me help right away. We then stayed until 11:30pm to repair the leak and get our water services back on and called the water mitigation team for a quote. I would recommend them for the plumbing repair. We did decide to get multiple quotes the next day for the mitigation phase as the estimate was over $12,000 and I wanted to confirm that the insurance will pay.“
