“I attended my first SPENGA class using ClassPass. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Our instructor, Hazel, took the time to make sure I was set up on the bike with the appropriate height and safe for spin! The class format is perfect! 20 minutes of Spin, with fun music to help keep you on track. 20 minutes of strength that was the perfect amount of challenging. Hazel also helped with form during this part. 20 minutes of Yoga, the perfect way to end the session, stretching out those tight muscles we worked! 100% I will be back!“
