“It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam. We must have spent a half hour talking about the hose bib and all things plumbing. I talked to her about the other items I also needed to have looked at and she provided options. Due to the stormy weather, we kept an appointment date flexible. When we settled on a date/time her team of Robbie & Katie came when she said they would. I also agreed to have them replace the pvc parts with copper. It was a suggestion she made and personally I prefer metals over plastic. Robbie & Katie worked great as a team and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Once the bib had been replaced Robbie also looked into a low water pressure situation in one of our bathrooms. He spent more time trying to find a cause than other plumbers who had been called in specifically for that issue. Pam the Plumber is fairly priced and truly cares about doing a great job. Hopefully I won’t need her services too often in the future, but she will most certainly be my only call.“
