I found this company on NextDoor an neighborhood app and when I saw they were awarded top business in the neighborhood I reached out! I spoke to the owner doc who was very knowledgeable of what my needs were which my basement was flooded. He came out the next day and gave me a free quote he assured me that he would work with me and he did! I was able to get my basement and my broken deck fixed for a more than fair price. I was also able to finance the job and pay it off a few months later although they gave me 2 years to pay it off. I actually built my credit and I am so grateful that he told me about this option. “Ralph was absolutely amazing! Our family was in a bit of a crisis, as my son was initially going to lay this floor. Due to unforseen circumstances, beyond our control, he only laid about 300 sq ft before he had to stop. Ralph called within minutes of me submitting a request on Angi, came the next day and gave me an estimate, and scheduled the job for 2 days later. He and his crew were on time, and they did a phenomenal job!! He even went above and beyond and offered to remove all of the old flooring (carpet, laminate, tile, etc) that we had previously taken out of the house and piled up out front.
