Amy Mitchell is truly an amazing, professional, knowledgeable and creative woman. She is passionate about what she does and works tirelessly to help you achieve your dreams; while combining unimaginable styles and designs. She helped me choose tile, carpeting, countertops, and sinks. She even suggested color combinations. Amy is truly a superstar in the industry and someone I now refer to as a friend. Thank you for everything.

Had an incredible experience with Hillary Skowron at CR Flooring! We had a large and complicated master bath remodel project where we were given the wrong tile sample from a different company. Hillary not only diagnosed the problem, but personally delivered samples to our home to make sure the tile was perfect. She also helped us with engineered wood flooring and even paint samples and countertops to tie everything together. I've done a number of these projects in the past, and never have I received this type of attention from someone who wasn't even my interior designer. It was as if I had a master designer and project manager on call at any time! Truly great experience...read full review

We are in the process of remodeling our home, and are working with the showroom in Decatur. So far, our experience has been smooth. She has spent so much time, even after hours, to help us find the right flooring and tile, guiding us when we were unable to make a decision, answering every question we’ve asked, and just going above and beyond!A definite recommend!
