This is the best floor company I have ever worked with. They have done numerous jobs for me, personally and at my place of business. Their attention to customer service, excellent workmanship and thorough follow through makes them outstanding.
I have been dealing with Sam and he is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and is very easy to work with. He came to the house twice exactly when he said he would. Today, we had carpet taken out of the bedroom and replaced with new one. The new people that came were very professional, friendly and continued to work the entire time they were here. Moving all the furniture out of the room I thought would be a problem, but they were so efficient and had it done in no time. If you need any flooring, please call and ask for Sam. You will be glad you did. I would give more than five starts if I could.
After getting 2 quotes from other hardwood installers and not feeling comfortable with either (one too high and one with lots of red flags), I found Atlanta Floor Store. Their knowledge and professionalism were apparent from my first meeting with them and their quote was right in the middle of the other two. They demo'd my existing floors (carpet and ceramic tile), replaced the existing subflooring with new plywood subflooring, and installed, stained and finished the hardwoods in my living room, dining room, den, foyer and front hall as well as in the upstairs hallway, all while we were living in the house.
