My husband and I could not be more impressed with the Floor Coverings International West Atlanta team. From the first call through the entire installation process, they were top notch! We had issues with the floor at our lake house and we did not know what the problem was. I reached out to Denise who determined that the floor that was installed before we bought the home did not have a moisture barrier. This flooring Company is unmatched! We got many different quotes to replace the floors on the 2nd story of our new home and found Kim who came to our house and worked with us tirelessly to make sure we got 100% what we wanted in the end. This took a lot of iterations and scenarios but he was so patient and helpful the entire time. He was also easy to reach and great at communication which was so appreciated.
