Bertolli Floors
“Updated review: After Bertolli refinished my floors, the movers made two deep 5-foot cross grain gouges when they broke a leg off my jukebox and pushed it across the floor with the metal corner crushing the wood. I literally cried. I called Bertolli back with very little hope they could be spot repaired. I am completely amazed; the damage is gone! I can't even tell it was ever damaged! The gouges looked like someone had taken a pick axe and dragged it across the floor. The photos speak for themselves. Dustless sanding, so literally no clean up, and I didn't need to move the furniture out. I am so grateful! Thank you again, Bruno and team!
Original review:
I have used Bertolli twice, and both times I have been very happy with the work. I refinished my floors in the Bona commercial water based finish at both homes because I love the look and durability for my dog. I selected the matte finish in natural (no stain). My friend, who is a carpenter, commented that he thought I had a new floor installed because they look so good. In my previous home I had to have boards replaced and everything matched perfectly.”
