James was very helpful in our decision making on what to install. Dan and his crew were great during the install. Very courteous and steady workers. We had an unknown leak which was discovered during demo. Dan helped find the leak. They finished most of the install and came back a few days later once the subfloor was dry and finished the job.

Well, here we are again. Six years ago James crushed it on our floors before we even moved in (see original review below), and somehow he just topped himself.
This time around, he had us out to his showroom, where he managed to do the impossible: keep three young kids entertained for an entire meeting with a putting green. And they didn’t break anything (that he knows of!). What’s normally a one or two day install for him turned into a week - I asked him to pull up the old floor and hold off so we could rule out any water or leakage issues before he laid the new one down.
