I recently called in a home warranty service request through American Home Shield who assigned Best Rate Heating and Air to fix my A/C unit. Due to some technical issues American Home Shield notified the warranty company they needed to send an electrician out to troubleshoot an electrical problem. When I did not get a satisfactory reply back from American Home Shield after three days I contacted Best Rate and spoke with staff concerning the matter. They had notified American Home Shield about the problem but it appears that American Home Shield just dropped the ball and left me hanging. Service was excellent. Called home warranty and told it would be the end of week before they could come out. They the morning to see if the could come day or so earlier. They had my air back on within minutes. The contractor was very knowledgeable about his job and fixing my air. I most definitely recommend this company. Lysandra Spates

Ran out of Freon and it was so hot. Home warranty had another contractor that said 2 weeks before they could come out. Called Best Rate and they were there the next day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Office staff lady that scheduled was quick at getting someone there and super nice. The guys that came out had it fixed and running in less than an hour. I highly Recommend this company if you need anything fixed.Service: HVAC system maintenance
