Angel was an amazing technician. Diana was super friendly at the front desk all in all five other repair shops whereas other repair shops are in and out to get their money. At the time to examine the phone make sure everything is correct and the problem that is causing the problem is taking care of as well as the problem.

Shane came out and was absolutely amazing, professional, and very kind. He meticulously looked through the inside and outside of our home, and found an issue we haven't even noticed before where critters could potentially come in. I wish I could give 10 stars. This is the homiest sweetest local barbershop if you are looking for that hometown feel. But more importantly we brought our three year old autistic son in for a haircut today and that is usually quite a challenge for him. Danielle was absolutely amazing she was kind and thoughtful throughout the whole haircut and remarkably the only time our kiddo cried was when it was time to leave. So happy we stopped in and I am so thankful that there are such sweet and kind people in our community.

My funace and heat pump quit on Saturday night during the great ice storm of 2026. On Sunday morning the guys from TruTemp showed up being led by the boss Doug Ridley. They jumped right into the problem and found a burned out transformer. This was promptly replaced restoring heat to my house. As a side note, I spoke to Doug the night before and he walked me through several possible scenarios.although none fixed the issue I appreciated the fact that he took time on the phone to try and correct the problem. With service like that, they have a customer for life.
Came in with severe pain from a torn meniscus in the left knee and lower back pain ! Dr. Marlow recommended the low level laser treatment to help my knee and adjustments to help the back pain. 4 weekly 10 minute sessions in and the pain has improved so so much in my knee. The pain in my lower back is completely gone also from the adjustments! I highly recommend everyone come see them. You will not be disappointed!
Central air unit quit working and had to be replaced. Owen's gave an estimate and then installed the unit as agreed. The staff was friendly and professional. They also repaired a duct that was damaged by the gas company when the gas pipes were replaced by them.
Keller Outdoor recently TRANSFORMED the bushes in my yard and I could not be happier. My communication with Keller was initially with Zach, who was very helpful and then with Mrs. Keller who was kind and also very helpful. The crew who helped us was led by Fabian and they did an EXCELLENT job. Fabian was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I wanted and then to offer several good ideas for next steps.
Keep in mind; this is the company that handles the landscaping for the LifeCare Center headquarters in our city (Cleveland TN) and if you live here, then you know how beautiful of a job they do with that facility.
I was thrilled to be able to get them to come out and help me with my unruly bushes and I will definitely be using them again.

We used Scott Kuhn Photography for our maternity pictures and also for sport pictures. The booking process was very simple and the shoot went very smooth. Him and his wife make a great team and were wonderful with my children. The turn around time was very quick. We definitely will use them again in the future.

Today two very nice men who work at Plemons rescued me. I was forced off the road by another car - hit the curb and busted my tire. Advent Health in Murray and Gordon counties has been off the page exceptional. Both primary and hospital doctors, nurses and support staff have attended to my medical needs to include 4 surgeries and numerous specialist. During and afterwards my wife and I comment on how professional, well informed and nice the facility and staff are.
I hope those wanting honest reviews will look at mine. I am extremely outspoken when I feel any service is substandard, whether businesses or medical. I seldom if ever, post reviews!

This is my 3rd year working through this company. The first 2 years I used a very simple software with them but it was my first time ever doing taxes, so i was very nervous. The software this year is more advanced so doing my first tax i called that office 15 times and every call was very helpful and they were patient. This company has always been patient with me and sometimes i will call 20 times for one tax return just to make sure i am understanding fully what i am doing. Jim is the best! She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was unsure of selling because I have lived in my house for over 50 years it was my mothers house. I had a lot of great memories there. She reassured me that even the condition of my house she could sell it. My house sold very quickly and she told me how to prepare for the sell. All of the paper work was done smoothly and in a timely manner. She even found me a great place to stay while I was transitioning between homes.

I'm from western NC just passing through to find great relatives at the cemetery in spring Hill and what an amazing lady that just so calmly rescued 6 little dogs someone dropped in the cemetery. She needs to be commended not for what you do daily & see but she was precious having to be so patient and caring with those lost little boys!!!
Best hospital experience and care my husband has ever received at a hospital. He had to go to the ER for chest pains and shortness of breath while we were out of town. They were SO kind and expeditious. We wish this was the hospital in our own hometown.
