“Colony Roofers are prompt, professional, and have great communication. I want to add that KYLE IS THE BEST. We started the process of getting a new roof in April, we had water literally leaking in our master bathroom. Our insurance company dragged their feet, gave us more than one adjuster, and it took 7 MONTHS to get our new roof. Throughout it all, Kyle followed up at least weekly, did multiple inspections, sent detailed reports, and overall had a great attitude. I believe we would not have a new roof without him. He stood up for us with the insurance company and made sure that things actually got done. I'm sure he knows the way to our house by heart since he has had to come out here so much lol, but he was so pleasant and chill every time, even with it being really hot or really cold. “Our roof had an area with several issues last October and Luis came out and promptly diagnosed the issues. He was very professional and informative, explaining each area of concern and taking pictures along the way.When it came time for repairs, I thought Modern Roofing & Restoration's pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work that was done.Recently, with the larger storms, we had a small leak pop back up. Luis came out immediately to see what was going on. He performed a water test, free of charge (since we already had work done near the area), to find the issue. We spent over an hour watering the area to the find the leak. Long story short, a few older shingles a couple feet from the roof valley needed some caulking! Luis only charged us for caulk repairs and I could not be more satisfied with his service. I honestly feel that most other places would have over-diagnosed the issue.This is great company with roofing professionals, fair pricing, & honest work!Service: Roof repair“
